Having had a successful career across multiple disciplines in financial services, Derek became more involved in community activities following his retirement. In 2013, he took up the role of Chairperson for Dunfermline Area Local Community Planning Partnership which he held until 2020.  He is currently chairperson of Dunfermline Heritage Partnership. Derek joined our Board in November 2024.
