Rozanna joined the Green Action trust in May 2025 as a Project Officer and is an Ecologist and Associate Member of CIEEM with over 10 years experience in ecological surveys and reporting. Her ecological specialisms include extensive experience in Phase 1/UKHab habitat survey, National Vegetation Classification, ornithological and protected species surveys. She had been involved in various construction projects as an Ecological Clerk of Works for pipelines, railways, highways and housing developments.

Rozanna holds a BSc (Hons) in Physical Geography, along with RHS Horticulture and Orchard project’s L2 qualifications and has run several community gardening projects across the central belt.

She has particular expertise in botanical and amphibian work and has achieved Level 3 of the BSBI’s Field Identification Skills Certificate and holds a current survey/disturbance licence for great crested newt with NatureScot.

She is an active volunteer with community garden projects including food forests and BSBI local botanical recording groups. In her free time she can be found in her garden, walking her collie dog or birdwatching.
