Sabina is an environmental consultant with over seven years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of integrated urban plans and national climate adaptation strategies. She believes that effective climate action must be both inclusive and evidence-based. Throughout her career, she has delivered integrated climate plans, provided technical advice to local authorities and public sector organisations, and supported the development of practical solutions that contribute to achieving Net Zero and enhancing climate resilience.

As the Head of Programmes and Projects at GAT, she oversees delivery of various environmental improvement initiatives, focusing on GAT’s Water Environment Fund (WEF) portfolio. Sabina manages project feasibility, delivery, and completion, ensuring that projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
