Dan Campanile

GIS Officer

Dan has over a decade of GIS experience across multiple sectors including geoscience consultancy, rural estate management, forestry, energy, utilities, land and property, and ecology. His expertise includes a wide range of GIS analyses and visualisations as well as extensive experience managing GIS datasets and developing GIS within organisations.

Dan holds a degree and PhD in geology from the University of Glasgow, and is a chartered geographer and member of the Royal Geographical Society.

Dan’s role within the trust is to provide technical GIS expertise, support staff and develop GIS both as a service and within current working practices.
